Coming to visit next week - need tour guide?

Would like suggestion on how to arrange a tour guide or ? to explore Expat areas/real estate. I've been told to look at Coronado, Bijao, Playa B lanaca, Decameron, Altos de Maria, and Pedasi. We have approx 3-4 days to explore. We are not planning on purchasing this trip and so don't wish to bother a real estate person...I was hoping to secure a local that would either direct us or potentially drive us to the various areas.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.
