HOW TO PAY A TICKET

Last time my husband and I were in David, we got pulled over for turning left in what the policeman said was a no left turn lane. We were given a ticket and told where to go to pay it. As it was the day we were to return to Panama City to catch our plane, we didn't have time to waste. We went to the place were told we could pay the ticket, only to be told we needed to go up the road to another place. We went there and were told the same thing. We had not time to go to another place, so we left without paying the ticket. Does anyone know how we can go about paying this ticket?
