Childhood in Panama

A lot of folks have been asking about where to live in Panama, and many are interested in living in an actual community - not an American/Canadian suburb picked up and planted in the tropics.

I happen to live in El Valle, and just love it because it really is a community that expats have happened to assimilate into. Our latest blog post features the children of our little town, and I really do think that they enjoy an innocence and quality of life that is reminiscent of the states in the 1950's or 60's (when I grew up).
