Questions about bringing in a car from the USA have been discussed before with regards to moving or retiring to Panama.
However, what if you need to bring in a specific car that accommodates a family member who uses a wheelchair? Are there any restrictions or exemptions on bringing down an older car that is used to convey (they do not dive) a person in a wheelchair? Are there restrictions on how many cars of this type can be imported( say 2 in our case) by a married couple?
