counterfiet drugs/medicines are a world wide problem with china and india being major manufactures..south america and central america also manufacture real and counterfiet versions...panama was one of the latest case with cough syrup that ended up with chinese poison ingredient,where local panama officials unknowingly cleared the substance as normal cough syrup ingredient.....i lived 8 years in africa as son of expats where the problem is worse, i just spent 2 years in asia where the problem is bad,,,on my way to central america where the problem is real.....i cannot fill in all the info...Type into internet search :: counterfiet drugs or counterfiet pharmaceuticals...WHO=world health organization has web site info on actual types of occurances.....medical system may be great with doctors who are adequate,but at the end of most visits,we are put in the hands of pharmaceuticals....go to the web sites about it and read a lot more than i can put here for anyone.....
