Portuguese lessons

I need to get up to speed with some rudimentary Portuguese knowledge. Ideally I'd go to a school locally like Berlitz or something, but my travel schedule prevents me from doing something that scheduled, I'd end up missing most of the lessons.

So, would anyone here know a person/place where I could take some basic lessons whenever time permitted? I know there are things I can use online, but finding someone locally I could meeting for coffee and some lessons once or twice a week would be ideal.

Thanks!
Jim
