Hi Everyone, we are coming for our first visit to Panama, in hopes of finding our retirement dream. We are a married couple early 60's and healthy & active. Currently we plan on arriving in Panama City staying for a few days (Panama Canal Tour) then heading out to get a feeling of the country, we will be there 2 weeks. We have traveled a bit and enjoy different cultures & Food! We hope to rent a car & visit David & Boquete for at least a few days. We would like to explore some area's not on the beach but close . We would love to plan on being at the Tuesday morning meeting just to get a feel for the Ex Pat community. I read & understand a lot of spanish but having a southern accent makes speaking quite entertaining. I am continuing to mangle spanish with a Guatemalan friend.
