Natural Products?

I have an interest in essential oils, herbs, extracts, and natural facial products. Would these sorts of products be desireable to expats or locals in Panama? I currently live in the US but we are considering relocating to Panama in the next few years. I am wondering if running this sort of a retail business there would be profitable? Is this sort of this already estabilished there? I am aware of the current laws about owning a business but not working in it.
