Cerro Azul, Panama

We are investigating the possibility of retiring to Panama. On this site there is a lot of mention to Boquete. Does anyone know about the community of Cerro Azul? It looks to be about 30 minutes outside of Panama City and claims to be high enough in altitude to have cooler temps and less humidity? One of the pluses we see for this area is the distance to the Hospital Pacifica that is connected with Johns Hopkins. We lived in Chile for 9 years and are now in Puerto Rico (ugh, the humidity), so are looking for a place close to the airport for travel to US (kids and grandkids there), but less humid -- can we find that in Cerro Azul, along with the expat community that seems to be in Boquete?
