The country of "V" not if Prez. "C" gave me ten million dollars and kissed my lily white ass.
Paraguay---Anarchic?? Okay. Anarchic, Showing no respect for established laws, rules, institutions, or authority. Anarchy-- Likely to cause the overthrow of a formal system of government or a breakdown in law and order. This is the meaning of Anarchic. No where can I find that it means less government control and more freedom for the people. Anarchic as a Hyperbole? Are you kidding me!!! This is serious shyte here buddy. The cost of living in Paraguay is the same as I am paying in Alabama now. I found 3 people from Paraguay who came to the US a few years ago on education Visa's. They loved it here, but could not afford to stay and went home. They have honestly and openly told expats from around the world about Paraguay. The first warning was about not speaking the language. The rest was it's not cheap, high murder rate against expats, they rob then kill. Guerilla activity ,poor medical care and lousy education. They said the safest places are in the big cities, which cost a small fortune. They have a lot of billionaires. to send a child to a private elementary school is 1599.00 per month.
They recommend going to Portugal. They are very confused about the American's leaving the US. They advise us to stay at home. Oh, they also recommended Panama.
So here are your answers.
