Where do the expats hang out in Panama City? I'm renting a condo in Punta Paitilla for now. It seems that most of the tenants in the high rise are expats, and I'm hoping to run into them and make some friends at the pool and the common area of the building. Still, it would be nice to get out of the house every once in a while. Are there any local bars or other spots that I should check out?
