Advice on Chitre

Hello Expats. Thanks to you all for the information you've provided to this newbie coming to visit and looking for a home. You've helped me put the pieces of the puzzle together. I've finally determined we will visit Playa Coranado, Chitre and Las Tablas. I understand Chitre is a good choice to visit. Do you have recommendations for an inexpensive B&B or a room to let by a family? My adventure does not include either the funds or desire to stay in expensive hotels. Any and all suggestions are appreciated. I'm hoping there is an expat community in Chitre and that I will have the pleasure of meeting some of you and visiting about your life in Panama. Thank you so much for your advice.
