Hello Expat friends,
I used many of your suggestions on my visit to Panama in March. Like many of you I too believe I need to visit again and travel a bit more before making any decisions to move. I will be travelling with a friend down the Pacific Coast west of Panama City. I will revisit locations I enjoyed in March. This time we will go on to David and up to Bouquete. What I don't know is the months when tourists are fewer and prices are not inflated. I am considering August or September. Would you please comment on those months. Also, am I recalling correctly that July is a month of many Carnavales across the country and a heavy tourist season. Thanks to you all for your advice.
