Living in David

I previously tried living in Panama City for nearly a year and didn't really like it much.Too congested,hot&humid,and expensive to name a few reasons.So last July i retreated back to south Florida but i know that Panama living is a lot more than only Panama City and i am now considering living in David.I have heard about it enough to know the area might be what i would be more inclined too.In fact i already have found a nice enough condo complex that i am interested for rental there now.
Any info and knowledge of the David area would be appreciated.
