Is there a duty on Rx medications mailed from USA

I'm considering retirement in Panama. I currently have retiree medical insurance & use it for two medical prescriptions. I plan to get a mail box in Panama & have the Rx shipment forwarded to it. Question: Should I anticipate a duty being charged on the medication?
