My name is Sagi, my wife and I would like to build a different lifestyle in a beautiful country with great weather, as well as beautiful wildlife and nature. If you sometimes think or feel the same way, please keep on reading.
We are looking for 1-10 individuals or couples who would like to create a small eco-tourism community. It will be in Central America - Panama (most likely) or Costa Rica. The acreage will be on the water, island property, or beach front property. It's mainly for people who would like to live full or part-time there, and would enjoy a simple lifestyle, but with the some of the advantages of modern technology and progress. The money making is aimed more towards living and sustaining a certain lifestyle rather than seeking high profits.
If you would like to be a part of this, there are some requirements.
1. We need to previously meet to speak and see that our goals are in line, and to understand each others expectations.
2. You would have to have a minimum amount of money invested into the project - $200k or more. I will be investing my own personal funds in it as well - higher than the minimum requirement, as well as my time and effort.
A big plus is to have extended knowledge and experience in building alternative electricity and organic farming.
