Help for person in Panama

Request for help for a person in Panama
I received the following message, can you help:
"do you have people in Panama who might be upgrading their computers, or have a tower available that they are not sure what to do with. As long as it is working, or has a working CPU on the motherboard, I am trying to find a tower for a young girl that my friend and I are sponsoring. I thought you might be connected enough there to know someone who might have one they do not want to see going to the landfill, but the speed of which is just not up to par for them. This will mainly be used for homework, reports and some online research for school projects."
