Hello everyone! I am new to the forum and debating moving to Panama from the US. I am interested in living near the beach. I am diligently working on my Spanish skills but I think cultural immersion will be my best bet on harnessing those skills. I would love to hear from anyone that has any experience near the beaches or on the beaches of Panama. I am coming down in 60 days or so. I just need to finish selling everything I own and visit my family one last time before I make the move.
I am trying to figure out the rental costs for a 1 bedroom or studio. I don't really like the city but I have no intention of owning a car either, so I would like a town with reasonable accommodations (place to buy food, a few restaurants, and a bar).
I am completely open on where I go so any and all advice would be great.
