not that i am condoming this, but i can see why the have nots take from the haves in panama. I have never had to rob somebody to get my needs met, but if i was in a different situation, who knows, especially if i had a family to provide for. People that have worked all their lives to have a safe and happy life dont; deserve to be taken advantange of, and it's not their fault that others' aren't so fortunate so why should they pay for it.
What i don't understand is that panama has such a low unemploymnet rate, that people seem to feel a need to take from others that they haven't worked for. After all, this is suppose to be a very religious country. What part of their religion says to do whatever you need to take from others that they have earned but you haven't. sounds like the usa to me.
