Survey-Rental Housing

Hi,

A friend in El Valle has some land that his family is thinking of developing into rentals. We were discussing possible building configurations.

For those who are considering renting longer term in Panama (6-12 months) would an apartment configuration of say 4 units be much of a negative compared to a free standing buildings? This is considering everything else is equal and the sound proofing between units was good.

Also, any special amenities would you want, or general rental concerns?
