This month we are privileged to have Clyde Stevens do a special power point presentation entitled "LIVING OFF THE LAND ON AN ISLAND IN BOCAS DEL TORO".
Clyde has lived and worked in Bocas del Toro and has agreed to share his knowledge of the tropical fruits, vegetables, ornamentals medicinal and other such plants, as well as some of the interacting fauna - knowledge gained through living on his property on Isla Solarte at Hospital Point.
The program will start at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, and will be in the Sala de Conferencia, Hotel Playa Tortuga, a km beyond the fairgrounds. This presentation is open to everyone interested in attending.
The presentation is approximately 45 minutes long and will be followed by a question and answer session. Please tell your friends as this is an opportunity to learn more about the Bocas area's flora and fauna from the man who is generously willing to share his experiences with all of us.
