I will be visiting in April and would like to meet and talk to epats. Retirement will be about $2000/month. I want to see a realtor that can show me some small houses on approximately 5 acres for rent. I will consider buying sometime in the future. Love to fish, but want a reasonably cool location that is driveable to the coast. Wondering if materials and labor are readily available and if not how far away. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
