NEED A NEW ROOF

Live in El Valle, helping a friend get a new roof. 4 to 12 slopes, with two valley conditions. Looking at Ekoroof Spanish tile with hidden fasteners, but they do not have a distributor in Pa, only in Costa Rica, and Fl. Exceeds Miami Dade code. Does anyone know a roofing contractor that has experience with Ekoroof installation in Panama.
If no luck on the Ekoroof, does anyone know a roofing contractor that can get and install a Standing Seam roof? It has a flat base about 16" to 20" wide and 1 3/4" to 2" high rips on each side and is installed with concealed clips and screws.
