Authentication of a Chinese document in China

I'm original from Shanghai China (currently living in the US) and I need to have a marriage certificate authenticated in China for residence permit in Panama. It seems there is a Panama Economic Affairs Office in Shanghai, similar to Consulate. Dose anyone have such experience and can share how it is done there? How is the Spanish translation done and how long does it take to get the authentication done? Many thanks.
