How to get from Coronado to Las Tablas

Guys, I will be staying in Coronado for a few months and want to get to Las Tablas.

How do I get there?
1) is there a buss, what is the schedule and how is it going during the Carnival?
2) what would be the taxi cost for the round trip?
3) What are the best dates to attend the carnival in 2014?

I cannot find any hotels or decent hostels available under $100/night near Las Tablas.
