Mail forwarded electronically to Coronado?

I am looking to forward all my mail from US during 6 months of stay.
Which company is the best to use for Coronado (do they deliver? Ir should I pick up from their shop?)

I also need to receive electronic copy "in real time" (means ASAP).

Another question - how secure the information is? For example if some of the documents are from the bank or so?

Thank you.
