Apt Hunting

I have decided to move to David or Boquete on April 1, 2014. I retire March 24, 2014 and my plane leaves the following Monday, the 31st. I was in David last March and loved it. I did not make it up to Boquete but am in contact with other gringos there.

I'm looking for a totally furnished 1 bdrm, washer/dryer, gas, cable tv, hot water, wifi or hardwire internet, electric (everything down to the silverware). Utilities included would be nice. My budget is $600-650 a month. A secure area and secure apartment is what I'm looking for.
