Investors from Naos Harbour Island have a Yahoo Group With the delivery announcement of the 1st tower, there have been many questions on over charging and unwarranted costs that were not part of the contracts which were by signed by investors
We are attempting to gain answers to these questions.
The group is working to retain an attorney to represent investors in with these areas.
After waiting 8 years for delivery the closing documents seem plagued with problems which are up to 75 thousand dollars over what was agreed in the contracts.
Unfortunately these problems will take group pressure to get the attention of Naos developers. It is better to join together with input from various legal representation, individually things will not change.
