Expats circa 50 y/o

I'm very happy to finally settle down in Panama City after a long time living abroad in the US and SA like many of the users of this wonderful site.
I'm actually a born and bred Pana woman returning to the soil I love alone. Kids are grown, now it's time to start a new life.

Now though I feel a little out of touch with the locals and would love the idea of getting to know new people.
Aren't there any kind of meet ups for us non teenagers like in other expat communities from other countries? "Solos y solas" events!
