Multiplex vs house. I have been living here for several months and listened to many good and bad stories of life in Panama. We have acquaintances that have or are about to lose their partner. One never knows when you may end up being alone in your living space. I also have several friends that have moved here alone. I have a small piece of land, close to the beach, will be close shopping centers coming in, and close to the new airport. We are looking at 15 lots, but after talking to many people, I am hearing that more people may be interested in living in a multiplex building, for example, 8 duplex’s or 4 quads instead of 15 or 16 -1000 m2 lots. In a multiplex, one would have their privacy but the security of people close by, “just to be able to check on you”. If anyone is getting bored with the political agenda’s going around, I would appreciate any input from anyone thinking of moving to Panama and what they would prefer.
