"TOURIST VISA REQUIRED:
Not required for stays under 180 days, but airlines charge an additional $5.00 as a tourist surcharge." Does this mean I only have to do the border jump ever 6 months? Many people and from what I have gathered, is always 3 months. Also, how does one apply for tourist visa? Is it easy to get? Thanks for all the input, just trying to make sure I understand everything.
