Prepping for disaster in Panama

To all, Dissaster preps are a fact of life in Panama unless you are asleep. Are you still in a dream land in the US where a square meal is assured and a nice warm bed is promised? Well, even in the US this is no longer promised. Once you get to Panama you need to find a permanent place to live where you can prep for posible issues in the future. You want plenty of metal Windows and doors. And, you need a place to store canned godos that stay nice for many years. You also need a safe that is bolted to the floor so you can store your Passport and stacks of 20's and 10's etc so you can buy things. I am not saying this will happen but you need to be prepared and you better not store money under your matress. You must fend for yourself here. Save things like spam and oil and canned veggy's to last you for at least a month or 2 in the event of an issue. We don't know what this issue will be but I promise that one will come eventually. You want big plastic cantainers to store wáter. Anything you can think of. Don't be stupid. Panama has no safety valves. Move here and be ignorant if you wish. I am trying to inform you.
