Yes, I have built a house in the Las Tablas área. And I need a nestor who likes the área and the weather and wants to rent a house long term. The house still needs TLC but it is coming along at a nice pace considering that there are not a long line of potential rentors. I will continue to work on the place at my pace. Mostly paint and clean up at this point. You folks can talk and discuss the merits of the more expensive side of town. This house is new. I have made sure this house is solid folks. Do you like country living? Safe living? I guess not. What a beautiful home I have built. When the paint is right I will send the photo's. I am not just looking for rent payments. I am looking for someone with visión. I want fruit tres especially avocado's in the backyard. And, I want the rentors to feel like they have freedom. The views are there which includes hills and valleys. There are dogs in the barrio but they are good pets only. I want a gardener who wishes to learn how to take care of fruit tree's and bushes.
