Can someone get me a SIM?

Hello,

I am traveling to Panama in less than two weeks. I always like to have a SIM card from the country to where I am traveling, so that I can begin to use my phone as soon as I land. Would it be possible for someone to get me a +Movil SIM card and mail it to me in the States (Florida) in the next few days? I can PayPal the costs...
