Five dollar tourist visa

I saw a post from 2009 that said when you arrive at Tocumen you have to go to a little kiosk and buy a 5 dollar tourist visa card before going through the immigration line. Is this still the case or is this old information? We're coming from the US and just visiting for 10 days.
