We are planning a trip to Panama, specifically the David area, this summer with plans of relocation once we have several months in country. My question is this if anyone could assist me. My son will graduate from our local tech school with a 2 year certificate in Computer Aided Drafting/Design which obviously is used primarily in construction/architecture/manufacturing, and I was wondering what the possibility would be like for him to find work in the David area in this field if at all possible, after going through whatever governmental hoops necessary as an expat.
