Hello, Noob in Panama

Greetings everyone,
I am new to Panama (3rd day in town) and I just thought I would introduce myself and hopefully make some contacts and even a few friends. I currently have an apartment in San Francisco area. I have found YEP! but looking for other expats to meet. I am also looking for recommendations for places to eat, going out. Thanks everyone. I hope I can meet up or get in contact soon.
