Nanny or school?

Hello all! I am moving to Panama City with my 2 1/2 year old daughter in August because the company I work for is opening a new office. I currently have an Au Pair for my daughter and she is in a Montessori school part time . Does anyone have advice about finding a live in or full time nanny? Any recommendations for nursery schools? Thanks!!!
