Why don't we send our border complaints to the Panamanian and CR authorities in addition to alerting all of us?? They need to send a mystery shopper / quality control person to each border and get their __IT straight. We can hit them in the wallets by publishing or broadcasting "10 reasons NOT TO VISIT COSTA RICA or PANAMA" . They continually show their blatant disregard and disrespect for the same people who help employ thousands. Look at Egypt now and see what Costa Rica and Panama can become - with a little well placed campaign. Rather than pissin and moanin lets take back our GREEN power. Some of you are super great writers -GO FOR IT!! We can organize on EXPAT.
That is the only language they will understand. In my opinion they would need to climb every banana tree in the country to qualify for BANANA REPUBLIC STATUS. I think the New York Times travel editor would be a fine place to start. The consular agents in the US would hopefully respond. A little embarrassment can go a long way.
