Hello. I am new to this forum. A little history about myself so you more experienced abroad livers can answer more accurately. I am the director of a non-profit tortoise and turtle conservation center in the the United Sates. I am planning another trip to Central America this fall. I have chosen to venture to panama this time. Usually I go to Costa Rica for pleasure, and aid in sea turtle conservation. Long story short the organization I feel needs to be in a more stable environment. We have strived and spent countless funding on utility expenses and among other things we would like to see ourselves doing our conservation work in the beautiful central Americas. So that being said. We have over 30 species of turtles and tortoises. All are CITES II and 5 species are CITES 1 critically endangered. What are the parameters and du processes of getting such animals into panama for us to set up our center where it seems more suitable for our work to be done. Thank you,
