Looking for El Valle Rental

We’re a newly-retired couple moving to El Valle in September or October. We plan to stay about 2 years. Does anyone know a website, bulletin board or exchange, specific to El Valle, where we can meet and correspond with people about rentals in El Valle? We don’t expect to find the rental we want on the internet.

We’re looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house, around $700-$900/month, utilities included, with a 1-year lease, close to town but not too close to lots of barking dogs. We can spend more the first months before signing a year lease, to be sure we like the place for a long stay.
