Water Issues in Boquete

I have read on several past blogs that there are "water problems" in Boquete. Can someone be more explicit? Exactly what type of problems exist, and are they continuing? Do homes run out of water, or is the water quality an issue? Are the problems common throughout the area (in Volcancito, Alto Boquete, etc.)?Thanks for your replies!
