relocating to panama from uk

hello
we are willing to relocate to panama with the kids to have a better life style and more sun :)
now we are looking into opening 2 business,one is about house decoration and maintenance looking to employ local people as well, the other in the food business possibly cafe/icecreams.
We are looking at panama city,coronado and pedasi.
what are your suggestions please?
also what are the costs to do this?
is there demand for building services in panama?
we might also need an international good school for the kids
