Shipping to the U.S.

PanaZonie living in the states going to Panama on a visit asks: "I plan to ship a set of dishes (my mother's dishes) back to Texas. The dishes have been stored at my Aunt's house for years She's 90 years old , so I really need to get them back to Texas. I don't think they weigh more than 50 pounds all together so I'm not sure how I should freight them back." Suggestions?
