this is a continuation of some of the topics we were discussing in the "Cost of A/C" thread.

I recently read of a place called Paraiso Restaurant and Bar near el Valle yet close to beaches with good surf. Supposedly they have jazz and salsa there on weekends. Anyone know the place?
