Potential Relocation to Panama

Hello Forum!
My wife and i are considering a move to Panama. While my pension should be adequate to sustain us, depending on locale and our lifestyle, I am wondering if any expats currently living in Panama hire other expats who possess education, training and skills that may match their needs?
It is not our intent to take away jobs from locals. We are educated, reliable, and feel we would be a benefit to anyone's lifestyle.
We are hoping to supplement our pension-income, and would be flexible with compensation considerations. This could be in the form of modest housing for example.
Anyone with a need for domestic (chef in training here), physical fitness, activity facilitators, bookkeeper and over-all fun and creative people please feel free to respond. Or, if anyone knows if this is unethical, that is another consideration. Forgive our ignorance, we are in the learning-phase.
Thank you all for your time!
