Living in Panama with Infant

Hi!
I've posted earlier about expat communities to live in within PC, now I have another question regarding required vaccinations. Does anyone living in Panama have (or had) younger (less than a yr) children with them? We are concerned we can't vaccinate our young son for Hep A until several months after we are there. Can anyone shed light on concerns, anyone known anyone in our position?
