MaryAnn, Thank you so much for your detailed reply. We do intend to check out condos and buildings prior to making a decision regarding a year lease just to be cautious, though all I've heard thus far is positive re;Trump. (other then high cost, but amenities come with a price, so I'm not concerned with that). The one other major question I have is regarding the beach trump developed for the hotel and towers. Do you know what the cost of the yacht to the beach is, or if it is free for residents? Everything I've read is contradictory, even things written by realtors, so I hope you don't mind my asking. Thank you again for your candid reply about the towers themselves.
