As I understand it, they are similar...both have an expat community and are nice places to be with better weather than the coast. We are flying into Panama City in October and I would like to hear what you love about either or both.
We are looking for a place that is not in a city but close to a city and not on the beach but reasonably close to the beach (preferably the Atlantic side) and we want cooler weather...the less humid the better. Thanks.
