seems like some parts of Panama are really hot and A/C is exorbitantly expensive. Has anyone looked into really good insulation for the roof of the house? Solid foam boards 4" thick can add R20 to the roof...this will significantly block the penetration of sun's rays. Available in Panama? thanks.
